PeopleCert, a pioneer in combining certification with technology and a global leader, is expanding rapidly and is in need of an experienced Recruiter. The person hired will handle a diverse range of positions and position levels. You will be responsible for providing the highest level of full lifecycle recruitment services to business leaders and candidates, through the Company's sourcing and selection processes. A high level of creativity, short and long term recruiting vision, business acumen and personal organization is required.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Prepare & post vacancies on job boards and social media
  • Source, pre-screen and interview candidates
  • Utilise the full range of talent sourcing tools – including business and social networking sites; direct approaches/ headhunting; advertising; job-board/online databases; referrals and recommendations
  • Develop and maintain networks, both internally and externally, in the organization to identify key talent and build ongoing pipelines
  • Manage the approval process and offer negotiations
  • Build rapport and collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure timeliness of the recruitment process
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Participate in initiatives that aim to enhance the employer branding of the company

Responsibilities

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or other related field (a Master's degree in HR will be considered as an asset)
  • At least 3 years of experience in full lifecycle recruitment
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOLcertificate would be a plus)
  • Excellent project management, personal organization and time management skills
  • Exceptional closing and negotiation skills are required
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with candidate databases, applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn
