Description
- Plan & implement initiatives to drive & support sales
 - Develop strategies & promotional plans (including social media & product launches)
 - Liaise with suppliers to ensure the best service & pricing is being provided
 - Communicate with EMEA sales team to ensure efficient implementation/ understanding of corporate policies & strategies
 - Manage local merchandising & promotional strategy
 - Analyse pre/ post promotional activity to maximise potential
 
Responsibilities
- Diploma/ degree
 - 4+ years' + of marketing & sales experience within multi-national FMCG company
 - D2C sales approach experience
 - Computer skills including Word, Excel & Powerpoint
 - Website & social media knowledge
 - Fluent German & English - spoken & written
 - Second language is preferred
 - Analytical thinker
 - Able to work in matrix organisation
 - Ability to work within authorised budgets
 - Prepared to travel
 - Flexibility with working hours (including some weekends as required)
