YOUR MISSION

• Arranging and coordinating appointments for our management in North America/Canada
• Qualifying new business contacts and target companies through research (internet, social media platforms) and direct contact by telephone
• Continuous support of existing customers (key accounts) and support of the management in the acquisition of new customers
• Active cooperation in the preparation of offers and processing of tenders
• Cultivating prospects through a consistent, rotational approach as well as the use of marketing tools
• Support in various sales and account based marketing campaigns
• Support digital content & channel marketing

YOUR PROFILE

• At least two years of professional experience in (tele-) sales and outbound/digital marketing in a service environment
• Knowledge in a consulting environment is an advantage
• Content knowledge of asset management is desirable
• Able to speak asset performance related content to a certain degree with confidence
• Experience in dealing with different stakeholders, e.g. management, board of directors, assistance is an advantage
• Friendly telephone voice: eloquent, quick-witted and convincing
• Confident handling of databases and MS-Office
• Independent, determined and structured way of working
• Business fluent in English
