Essential Functions

• Organize pipeline and track loans based on contract closing dates to ensure that loan disclosures are issued correctly and in a timely fashion.
• Analyze and research existing loan terms and compliance reports to resolve issues regarding disclosure and fee requirements.
• Multitask effectively to issue ICD's, closing documents and funding to meet the close of escrow dates, while maintaining daily reports for expected closings.
• Communicate with the Loan Team and Operations Teams daily on the pipeline and expected closings.
• Understand and adhere to departmental goals, company policies and state/federal regulations that relate to loan terms, fees and disclosures.
• Troubleshoot a variety of possible problems with loan disclosures.
• Read, implement and keep track of updates and changes to work flow, policies and product changes as they occur.
