For this international client, we are looking for a passionate person who has experience in leading a team and who has hands-on experience as an Ecommerce Trade Manager. In this role you are responsible for leading a team of 3 and overseeing all aspects of their eCommerce merchandise and operations surrounding it, aiming to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Main responsibilities in this role:

• Lead the merchandising strategy
• Responsible for pricing, product launches, promos, online categorization and landing pages
• Develop promotion strategy to generate higher traffic and conversion
• Manage and lead the Ecommerce team
• Forecast sales based on the website sales plan you’ll develop

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or similar
• 7+ years of experience managing an ecommerce
• 3+ years of experience leading and managing a team
• Experience working with online trading in EMEA
• Knowledge of CMS is required
• Understanding of UX and AB testing
• Data-oriented and great Excel skills
