Description
Are you a tech enthusiast and service minded person looking for a starting opportunity as Product/Tech Support? Our client, an international and fast-growing SaaS company specializing in interior design is looking for 2 Tech support agents to guide their customers through with their software/ product implementation and further needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide 1st level product support to customers via phone/email
 - Identify the problem, report, and follow up
 - Escalate to second level of support when needed
 - Participate in team meetings and report news or issues
 - Register and report calls and/or errors in Zendesk
 
Main Requirements
- Native Dutch speaker with professional fluency in English
 - MBO/HBO education level in IT or 1-2 years of experience in a similar IT role
 - CRM/ticket system tool experience -ideally Zendesk
 - Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
 - Able to work both independently as well as in a team
