The Inside Sales Representative will report directly to the Assoc. Director, Inside Sales EMEA. He/she is primarily responsible for promoting and selling Ansell’s Medical products and services in order to achieve or exceed targeted sales within the assigned territory, managing a portfolio of dedicated Healthcare accounts. He /she builds strong relationships with these accounts, working through direct sales. He/she will be training direct customers (hospital staff) through virtual seminars, workshops etc.

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative for the French Market within the Medical Division.  Specifically, an Inside Sales will focus on existing markets in North Africa (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia) and will explore a new French speaking territories including Mali, DRC, Senegal, Rwanda, Congo (West & Central limited number of countries).

KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

    • University or bachelor’s degree or equivalent
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a Sales; inside sales/Account Management/ telesales role in an international business to business environment.
    • Fluent English, Arabic, French + Other EU language based on the market, and good oral and written knowledge of another European language is a plus.
    • Excellent telephone and written skills to communicate by phone and email
    • Experience in engaging in business to business selling support
    • Fast learner, must be able to deal with technical product information
    • Experience of using business management systems (SAP/CRM)
    • Good use of MS office (Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook)

    • Ability to demonstrate strong customer facing communication skills both to develop rapport and utilize questioning techniques to assess and develop opportunities, while maintaining a client service orientation
    • Strong and proven Sales/ negotiation skills

    • Healthcare, Medical experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

This role consists in 3 main areas :

Account management of a dedicated portfolio of Healthcare accounts


Direct sales, up and cross sales, prospection, acquisition of new customers and retention of existing accounts, sales of Excess and Obsolete stocks

Sales and Marketing Campaigns execution, web leads management


RESPONSIBILITIES  &  SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. With direct accounts contact, identify and qualify new lead opportunities generated by Marketing, Website, events…and follow-up existing end user business in partnership with the field sales teams.
  2. Management of a portfolio of dedicated healthcare accounts and grow the revenue (maintain and develop existing business + acquire new opportunities, close new deals)
  3. Drawing individual business plan
  4. Build effective relationships with segmented accounts by maintaining regular contact and have a solid understanding of the customers’ business needs
  5. Act as internal CRM specialist and manage the CRM database to ensure customer data accuracy
  6. Work closely with the HC Sales team to achieve the sales objectives and to regularly update on Sales activities progress
  7. Work closely with the Marketing Team to support and execute Marketing/Event campaigns
  8. Identify opportunities, produce leads and book if required appointments for the Sales team
  9. Report Inside Sales activities performance to the Sales department and Management
  10. Liaise effectively with all departments (CS/Marketing/Sales) within Ansell
  11. Give commercial support to the sales team to manage the territories efficiently (dual contact, targeted campaigns…)
  12. Support GSC (Global Supply Chain) to optimize the stocks by selling Excess and Obsolete stocks.
  13. Participate in team meetings and share your commercial approaches and strategies with your colleagues
  14. Actively participate to Inside Sales projects on request.
  15. Support the field sales teams by providing backup when needed.
  16. Actively compile & submit monthly reports (Sales-in / Sales out report, Monthly report, Competitor insight report).
  17. Update SFDC (Opps, F2F, Forecast).
  18. May be required to carry out other special assignments under the direction of their line manager, RSM/RSD.
