Who are you?

We are looking for a Senior Technology Product Manager to form the foundation of our product management function. We are looking to expand our core product development team with a project manager who has 5 or more years experience in the development of enterprise technology software products. You should be passionate about enterprise customers, their business and the daily lives of their teams. You should get to know your customers better than you know your own company.

 

What do you need to have?

The successful candidate will have..

  • At least 5 years' experience in project management, customer success, client support, or client engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of software product lifecycle in an Agile environment.
  • Strong knowledge of health and life sciences industry, particularly clinical research, preferred.
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills, particularly communication across domains including clinicians, engineers, sales, support and operations.
  • Ability to ingest information from many sources, with varying level of detail and confidence. The ability to distill this disparate information into an optimal product strategy and roadmap.
  • Comfort making decisions with incomplete data and no “right answer”.
  • Willingness to “have an opinion” and express and support that opinion; comfort with “disagree and commit” if the decision goes a different route.
  • Ability to envision, document and communicate system enhancements to audiences including executives, sales, clinical, technical, support and operations.
  • To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status.

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for driving product definition for the Connected Health products used in clinical trials and care delivery. These products enable decentralized trials and clinical research as a care option. The successful candidate will:

  • Engage with internal and external customers to understand their needs, collect requirements and communicate product plans.
  • Work closely with our engineering leadership to define product features and roadmap items.
  • Analyze and consider competitive landscape and the impact on our roadmap.
  • Represent and demonstrate the product capabilities to internal and external customers.
  • Support the business development and sales team in partnership and customer meetings.
  • Be the sought-after expert on product functionality and applicability to specific customer use cases.
  • Assist with internal development processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
