Do you want to help build the end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, operations and systems infrastructure for a category leading cybersecurity business? Is scaling a Sales and Marketing Operations capability your dream next career step? Then you might be our new Director of RevOps. 

 

Reporting to the VP of Finance and working closely with our GTM leadership, COO and FP&A, your job will be to take RevOps at Cobalt to the next level. Apart from developing the RevOps team and systems infrastructure, you will be responsible for designing and implementing annual GTM plans, strategies and incentives and help the GTM teams deliver.

 

You Must Have

  • A global mindset. Cobalt has a global footprint and you must be comfortable navigating this reality
  • A base in the US to be sufficiently co-located with the rest of the team
  • +5 years in a RevOps or Sales Ops role and +3 years in a management/strategy consulting role
  • Experience from high growth technology companies
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills - you will be working cross-functionally most of the time
  • Prior experience working in a very detail-oriented and analytical environment 
  • A proven leadership track record. You can strategize, prioritize, hire and build world class teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team: Work with the VP of Finance and RevOps team lead to develop the team, run the weekly cadence, set OKRs and own the RevOps playbook.
  • GTM Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with FP&A, the GTM Leadership and COO to develop the annual GTM plans and scenarios. Support strategic GTM initiatives with fact based analysis.
  • GTM Compensation: Own our GTM compensation strategy and execution. Work with GTM leadership to review and improve the plans on an ongoing basis. Ensure the People team has anything required to accurately disburse payments.
  • GTM Tools and Analytics: Ensure our Sales and Marketing tool infrastructure supports our planning and execution needs through efficient workflows, high quality data and insightful dashboards. Work with our Data team to bring GTM data into our warehouse and BI solution.
  • Bring it all together: Be the Finance team’s single source of truth for anything GTM related to annual financial planning, forecasting, tracking and performance analysis.
