What you will be doing in this role
We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist with a passion for online marketing who will help us fulfil our vision to create the biggest web gaming platform on the planet.
As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be our web scout! You will proactively look for and evaluate potential user acquisition channels and will create campaigns through which we will acquire players for our portals at a profitable rate. You will be bold, initiative and will be a catalyst for growth, working in tandem with our SEO specialists.

About The Product

Within Azerion, you will be part of the Portal team where we manage 30+ websites packed with free-to-play games for diverse audiences. Every month our games are played by millions of gamers that come from all over the world. Our goal is to grow our gaming platform

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Planning, management, execution, and measurement of paid user acquisition and affiliate campaigns across various channels and countries
  • Analyze, report, and react on competitor user acquisition spending and plan appropriate responses
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends, and adjust campaigns to account for seasonality and other factors to achieve maximum ROI
  • Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
  • Own budget and be able to forecast your activity
  • Review and optimize the processes for asset creation, copywriting, localization, and execution of paid campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with the SEO team on strategic and operational level to achieve maximum impact of paid and organic campaigns
  • Develop collaboration with other business units and products within Azerion through which we can acquire users
  • Develop and maintain outstanding relationships with various key stakeholders and external partners

What you able to bring to the table

  • A minimum of 3 years experience with paid user acquisition through search ads, display ads, social media ads, affiliate marketing
  • Experience with running campaigns in different countries and languages (we operate in USA, Poland, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, LATAM)
  • Knowledge of bidding tools and strategies for campaign automation and bid management
  • Experience in SEO and link-building
  • Experience with reporting tools (Looker, Tableau)
  • Experience with PPC for gaming products
