You will be a member of Strategy and Customer Insights team in Baltic Business Development.

Head of Digital Strategy s responsible for leading and developing SEB Baltic digital strategy and roadmaps with 5–10-year perspective, together with aligned short-term initiatives and deliveries, as well as digital transformation of the business and organization.

You’ll be the right fit if you have:

• Experience and track record in the digital banking/technology area
• Ability to interact successfully with all levels of the organization
• Strategic thinking, experience with multidimensional complex topics
• Good leadership skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills 
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Proficient in oral and written English

• Development of long-term digital area strategies affecting our business and customer satisfaction in cooperation with chief product owners and other stakeholders in SEB Baltic and SEB Group
• Development of partnerships and other collaborative strategies
• Participation in the innovation initiatives in the Baltics and SEB Group, for both market and organization development purposes
• Keeping up to date with latest global developments and trends, identify and propose ways to support the bank to deliver on vision and business plan
