Description

  • Data files, cleansing, reporting, benchmarking in coordination with Head of Trading
  • With sending annual data to Magna or external auditors there is so much work to be done to agree on methodologies, blend data, work on exclusions and daily digital methodology, grouping etc.
  • Linking over-delivery into audit files.
  • Manage and oversee client credits/value/refunds as a result of under-delivery.
  • Highlight reoccurring site issues.
  • Recommending improvements / amending processes.
  • Liaise with all members of buying and ops team on all unsolved and outstanding buying queries and liaise with the appropriate planner or buyer on a solution.
  • Track and manage RVI and SVI pots.
  • Check and manage Rail / LU distribution/duplication.
  • Orion Tracker / CCN update.
  • Keep large format and banner bibles up to date.
  • Handle the market update.

Responsibilities

  • You will have excellent attention to detail.
  • You will need to be able to collate and analyse data in different using our accountability tool and excel.
  • You will be comfortable communicating with people at all levels as you will have daily contact with colleagues and suppliers.
  • Knowledge of the following packages is necessary: Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Previous experience in OOH.
