Description
- 
Supporting the Comms Manager and Comms Planner in developing planning activation kits and supporting local teams across 40+ markets. This will span a variety of tasks from audience understanding, channel planning, innovation all the way to finance and reporting duties.
 - 
Collaborate closely with local teams to identify and scale best practice across the globe.
 - 
Supporting in the delivery of the media planning and operations that feeds into key agency output, high quality accuracy diligence, deliver insightful documents (planning, playbooks and spend reporting.
 - 
Keep spend reports up to date and accurate via Mediatools.
 - 
Work seamlessly with local teams to ensure we are connected into local teams and scaling best practice and knowledge sharing.
 - 
Schedule client status meetings and maintain up to date status document.
 - 
Perform quality control on all key client output and curate presentations.
 - 
Help to test ideas and scale across markets where relevant.
 - 
Meet with global partners (Meta, Google, Pintrest) to keep informed of new propositions.
 - 
Arrange internal meetings with key units to have a clear understating of what each can offer.
 - 
Identify opportunities and build strategic recommendation alongside specialist business units to grow revenue within your group.
 - 
Attend external events to develop client and media owner relationships, to ensure UM gains further momentum within the industry.
 - 
Collaborate and build close working relationships with third parties and Media Owners to bring innovation and new solutions into the agency to deliver a better UM product.
