Description
- 
Understand and develop project requirements from internal customers.
 - 
Be responsible for the business development of technologically innovative solutions.
 - 
Collaborate and engage with the team and the wider TEKEVER community.
 - 
Lead with project models and tools that satisfy requirements.
 - 
Initiate and develop PM documentation and processes.
 - 
Identify, manage and mitigate project risks.
 - 
Provide advice and work with the team to resolve matters relating to quality, costs, work schedules and technical issues as required.
 - 
Monthly reporting of project progress ‘actuals’ against forecast: schedule, milestones, product cost, project cost and estimate to completion.
 - 
Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
 - 
Support the business development team with proposals.
 
Responsibilities
- 
A degree in either Aeronautical Engineering/ Aerospace/ Software/ Electronics or similar areas.
 - 
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a business environment.
 - 
Detail-oriented and high sense of autonomy, initiative and organisation.
 - 
English as a first language in both spoken and written.
 - 
Have good leadership and team management skills.
 - 
Good problem-solving skills and proactive in nature.
 - 
Have autonomy, initiative and customer orientation (external and internal).
