Supporter Journey Manager

Description

In this role, you will develop and manage inspiring supporter journey(s) for key Oxfam supporter groups, ensuring that their relationship with Oxfam is strengthened over time and that opportunities to diversify their support are maximised. Hold accountability for income targets for each supporter group.

Responsibilities

  • Experience of managing performance of others and helping people to develop, grow and achieve their potential, including increasing diversity and inclusion in teams and / or workplaces.
  • Demonstrable experience of the principles and practices of supporter/customer relationship development and supporter journey creation.
  • Understanding of regular giving and/ or subscription marketing programmes, the tools and techniques of building supporter loyalty.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing and direct marketing techniques, and of audience listening, research and insights approaches.
  • High levels of numeracy – the ability to take data informed decisions and to evaluate complex performance data. Experience of budget management.
  • Strong relationship building, communications & influencing skills: A supporter centred approach and the ability to build relationships. Positive and solutions focused with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate Oxfam values.
  • Project management Proven experience of planning, implementing and evaluating supporter communications activity across a range of channels.
