Description

Manage a number of discrete projects under the direction of the ABSS Project Manager.
Support the ABSS Project Manager, to ensure all ABSS project activities are delivered on time and on budget.
Support the ABSS Project Manager and lead in the monitoring process for a range of designated projects and events, in setting the timetable, key performance indicators and milestones.
For designated ABSS projects, ensure all relevant finance, performance and risk data is available to track effective delivery of projects.
Support the Project Manager to procure and implement new projects as required.
Coordinate and support the delivery of ABSS events.
Ensure schedules with delivery partners are agreed prior to delivery which outline timelines, KPIs, milestones, financial arrangements to ensure effective monitoring.

Responsibilities

  • Educated to Degree Level or equivalent relevant professional experiences.
  • Experience of working within a team coordinating multiple complex, high value projects.
  • Substantial experience of working with statutory, community and third sector organisations.
  • Experience of project monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
  • Experience in developing and coordinating large events or conferences.
