Description

Understand customer needs and be able to create value for customers while also create value for the business.

Research and prepare product requirements that deliver a winning experience to our customers.
 - 
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across all phases of the product life cycle.
 - 
Define user stories and use cases; collaborate with UX designers on product design.
 - 
Work closely with development and support to ensure that the solution meets functionality and quality requirements and is properly supported.
 - 
Define product use cases along with collateral needs to support product marketing.
 - 
Assist in the development of documentation and product demos.
 - 
Continuously monitors customer adoption and feedback.
 - 
Become closely familiar with product analytics, updates, marketing support, etc. to become a product expert.
 - 
Know how the product fits within a complex ecosystem, and how to keep it relevant into the future.
 - 
Communicate with stakeholders across the company, from the executive team to the sales team, to ensure that everyone understands current goals and project status.
 - 
Define and own the measurable success metrics for each of your initiatives; drive product development against those metrics.
 
Responsibilities
- 
You have 5+ years of software Product Management experience.
 - 
You have Product Management experience working in a B2B SaaS environment.
 - 
You have a successful track record of grooming and building a brilliant Product team.
 - 
Understand the dynamics of software development and strategies.
 - 
Strong analytical skills and experience making data-driven decisions.
 - 
Are an engaging speaker and a persuasive writer; you can communicate complex ideas with simplicity, and can rally people behind your visions.
 - 
Lean and agile product development approach; you can validate concepts and bring features to market quickly, and iterate intelligently based on customer feedback.
 - 
Design thinking and user-centric design; you know how to take an empathetic approach to learn about your customers' goals and pain points, and to discover new product opportunities.
 - 
Eyes on the road ahead; you're a strategic thinker with the ability to align short-term objectives against a long-term roadmap.
 - 
An obsession with learning; you’ve read the books, taken courses, and are hungry for the latest research about what it takes to develop and maintain a world-class B2B SaaS platform.
