Description

Answer any queries with relation to delivery status.
 - 
Liaising with customers with courier returns.
 - 
You will work closely with our dispatch team to identify issues, proactively problem solve and take ownership for resolving these issues.

You will also look to support the sales team with various tasks.
 - 
You may also be required to assist with events in and out of the office.
 - 
You will liaise with a number of our UK and international suppliers.

You will have proven and demonstrable experience of working in a fast-paced customer service environment.

You will have strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner and the ability to build a quick rapport with customers.
 - 
You will be polite and professional at all times and have a willingness to go the ‘extra mile’ to exceed customer expectations.

Excellent administration skills.
