Description
- 
Collect and manage relevant data for use by the association in its advocacy, PR activities, or thought leadership activities;
 - 
Form close working relationships with member-led committees and relevant chairpersons to build a sense of community among our members;
 - 
Organise meetings in the Netherlands and abroad to further the work of the association;
 - 
Work closely with committee chairpersons to prepare meeting agendas, support the smooth running of meetings and help in the production and collection of resulting minutes or other meeting outputs;
 - 
Provide research support to colleagues on qualitative or quantitative matters.
 
Responsibilities
- 
You are fluent at spoken and written English and Dutch;
 - 
You are proactive, have a positive mindset and able to manage your own time effectively;
 - 
You excel in the fields of planning, organising, researching and communicating;
 - 
You are a graduate of an MBO/HBO education and/or you have demonstrable experience in the field. We encourage those who are returning to the labour market after raising a family to apply;
 - 
You are technologically savvy and comfortable with numbers and data;
 - 
You are curious and have a desire to learn or try new things;
 - 
You are precise and can work under time pressure;
 - 
You are available for a 40 hour workweek.
