Description

Act as a go to person for publishing internal news, organizational announcements and success stories on the intranet and other communication channels of the Sandvik Coromant Sales organization.

Prepare visuals supporting internal communication activities including banners, presentations, simple infographics, videos.

Support organization of virtual events for international audience in Europe and beyond using e.g. MS Teams live events, Menti.

Support production of Podcasts with senior leaders in the Sales organization.

Propose improvements to internal communication content and channels.

Work closely with Internal communication specialists in Sales world-wide, provide ad-hoc support in ongoing projects and initiatives.

Ideal candidate, would also support translation activities from English to German.
Responsibilities

Journalism, Media / Communications or related field student with first experience from Marketing / Communications.

Fluent in English; German or additional European language will be an advantage.

Ability to work virtually with a remote team.

High sense for new media and digital technology.

MS Office skills (previous experience with SharePoint, MS Teams will be an advantage).

Fast learner, positive energy & can do attitude.
