Description
- 
Define and champion an outcome driven Enterprise product strategy and roadmap, shaped from gathered internal and external customer insights, feedback and analytics.
 - 
Effective communication of the product strategy and roadmap to internal stakeholders, outlining the return on investment supported by research and analytics.
 - 
Define product initiatives and success metrics, to ensure customer centric product design, delivery and implementation, ensuring that the product meets requirements.
 - 
Act as key subject matter expert to the Enterprise team, engaging customers through the sales, onboarding, support and in-life customer experience.
 - 
Be accountable for pricing, positioning, and packaging of our Enterprise products.
 - 
Take ownership of the maturing and operationalisation of products from concept through to ongoing performance.
 - 
Together with the Chief Commercial Officer determine product development future priorities and manage current backlog.
 - 
Develop business cases including financial modelling and reporting to ensure benefits realisation.
 
Responsibilities
- 
Product Management experience, specifically with SaaS technology products.
 - 
Strong experience developing product roadmaps for new and existing products, defining proof of concepts, minimum viable products and translating roadmaps into meaningful user stories, acceptance criteria and success metrics.
 - 
Demonstrated experience of working with customers with the ability to close the feedback loop to continuously evolve and improve products.
 - 
Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams with the ability to take people on the journey to deliver business outcomes where there are many unknowns.
 - 
Experience tracking product performance, understanding key drivers and pivoting as needed.
