Putting in place & enforcing processes to allow product & engineering teams to work as efficiently as possible (e.g. automating tasks).

Maintaining templates, guidelines and resources that allow other teams to work effectively with product & engineering.

Enabling us to efficiently grow the team to achieve our roadmap objectives.

Making sure product squads can continue to work effectively with one another as the team & dependencies grow.

Ensuring new starters are up to speed with the product & how we work.

Helping to manage product & engineering budgets.

Unblocking product & engineering teams when it comes to tools, documentation, processes & expenses.
