Description
· Collaborate with all stakeholders, Internal & External, to re-engineer and optimise Operational process flows and improve cross functional efficiency.
· Govern and establish SLAs, including the respective measurement, within the RS2 Group entities and any external outsourcing parties.
· Conduct effective change impact assessments, readiness assessments and stakeholder analysis.
· Integrated change management activities into a project plan.
· Collaborate with the required stakeholders to implement the Intra Company agreement requirements.
· Manage and streamline Services within the Group entities.
· Ensure that information is communicated to impacted audiences throughout the duration of the program.
· Collaborate with impacted Teams to ensure the successful execution of the end-to-end change management strategy.
· Proactively identify and implement improvements to the change management strategy & methodology.
· Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
· Build executive presentations and identify risks and issues relating to change management functions.
Responsibilities
· Bachelor’s degree in Business and IT or an equivalent professional qualification.
· Minimum of 6 years experience in a Process and Change Management environment or equivalent exposure to payment solutions.
· Demonstrable management skills with a proven track record to lead and motivate multiple teams.
· Must be proficient in methods and techniques associated with planning and monitoring progress of projects.
· Must be proficient in business modeling, business process improvements techniques, change implementation and planning, data analysis, organizational design, requirements definition, stakeholder relationship management and system design.
· Must be proficient with methods and techniques for preparing statements of requirements both orally and in writing.
· Must be proficient in SQL Language.
· Should be familiar with standards associated with IT practice nationally and internationally.
· Demonstrates a strong awareness of the uses of IT within the industry of specialisation.
