Description
- 
Develop the product positioning, strategy and branding for Subscription properties to drive product improvements.
 - 
Develop and constantly test innovative and low-cost strategies to help the business acquire and retain customers.
 - 
Identify, test and implement working in/with new territories and marketing channels that support the company’s profitable growth strategy.
 - 
Build dashboards to track, manage and provide insights on team targets and KPIs.
 - 
Keep up to date with industry trends and insights, while regularly testing new digital marketing tools.
 - 
Manage and/or coordinate internal and outsourced teams and stakeholders of developers, (content) freelancers and agencies while reporting costs to management.
 - 
Collaborate with the commercial team to identify new and optimise existing monetisation opportunities to continuously improve revenues.
 - 
Support the marketing team with providing engaging and compliant content for paid, organic and CRM campaigns and collaborate to improve the KPIs.
 - 
Collaborate with the SEO team to implement and execute the SEO strategy.
 - 
Develop, implement and execute the (SEO) content strategy.
 - 
Create and/or order and integrate the highest quality relevant content for said strategy.
 - 
Helping to prioritise the backlog of work for the relevant development teams.
 - 
Joining product demos with relevant stakeholders, as well as participating in all relevant Scrum meetings and ensuring solution validation/acceptance criteria are met for all tasks.
 - 
Carry out regular and extensive competitor analysis.
 
Responsibilities
- 
Strong experience in growing an online product through various digital marketing channels.
 - 
Experience in copywriting and editing online content and email marketing content.
 - 
Knowledge about both inbound and outbound marketing channels and campaigns.
 - 
To be highly data savvy and able to understand the importance of metrics and how to carry out proper data analysis.
 - 
To be curious, creative and passionate about sports betting is beneficial.
 - 
Project/product management experience.
 - 
Excellent communication skills; you know how to communicate a message in the right context.
 - 
Ability to understand and document business requirements, and translate them into a collection of tasks.
 - 
Great time-management skills and the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise multiple tasks.
 - 
Strong creative skills and the initiative to come up with fresh ideas to improve content and to think outside the box.
 - 
Excellent level of spoken and written English (German would be an asset).
