Description
· Assist in the coordination of online promotional campaigns for Online Sportsbook and Online Casino from Concept to Wash-up, supporting the Promotions Team to grow Sportsbook & Casino revenues.
· Assume full responsibility for the Bonusing, Free Bet and prize rewards process, from set-up to fulfilment.
· Work alongside other departments (Product, CRM, Marketing, Design, Content, Translations) to deliver best-in-class promotions.
· Support all markets with targeted acquisition and retention efforts, localising promotions for different African markets (countries, languages, cultures).
· Create campaigns for new products and verticals.
· Assist with promotional design briefs to different departments and ensuring campaigns are fulfilled by relevant teams.
· Assist in promo analysis and reporting, on campaigns through various data platforms, suggesting, testing and implementing new strategies to improve future performance.
· Conduct regular competitor analysis.
· Support on Customer Support queries, ensuring any customers complaint are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.
Responsibilities
· 1+ years of online promotions experience essential; ideally gained with an online casino & sports operator.
· Understand the needs of digital sports and casino customers and what promotions will appeal to them.
· Superb communication, organizational, operational, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
· Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to use a range of data insights & sources to tell a compelling story.
· Thrive in a high-performance, target-driven environment.
· Passionate about customer propositions and how they are developed and manage.
· Ability to work flexible hours as sometimes dynamic and weekend work may be needed.
· Have a keen Interest in online Casino and Sports, especially football.
· The ability to speak French or Portuguese will be an added bonus.
