Description
- 
Develop in-depth product knowledge of the Tappit product offering to become the subject matter expert when it comes to Tappit’s product offering, to help define improvements and futureproof Tappit’s product suite.
 - 
Collaborate and lead effective communication with all stakeholders to support design, build and delivery to meet the user and business needs.
 - 
Agile working - identify and compare best processes or delivery methods to use, including measuring and evaluating outcomes. Support the team to decide the best approach.
 - 
Perform regular competitor analysis, new feature scoping, gather product & technical requirements to define User Stories and help develop, drive and manage Tappit’s product roadmap.
 - 
Leverage product management tools, including Jira, to manage & prioritise the product backlog and coordinate developer workload, taking part in Daily Stand-ups & Sprint Planning/Review ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of new features & fixes.
 - 
Assist in prioritisation and backlog management to ensure the continuous and efficient delivery of value.
 - 
Conduct testing of features prior to release to ensure delivered features operate correctly and optimally including recommendations on improvements, fixes & efficiencies.
 - 
Craft release notes, training guides, and communicate these to relevant stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Client Services, Operations, Product Team & Senior Leadership.
 
Responsibilities
- 
Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or the equivalent in functional experience.
 - 
Experience in Product Owner or and BA roles.
 - 
Experience in Digital Payments, FinTech, Mobile Wallets and/or EventTech.
 - 
Lean agile concepts and development e.g. Scrum, Kanban etc.
 - 
Experience in using Product/Project Management tools, including JIRA & Confluence, or equivalent.
 - 
Experience in analytical tools such as Google Analytics, AWS Quicksights etc.
 - 
Well organised, with excellent time management skills and the ability to draft and prioritise user stories and functional requirements.
 - 
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 - 
Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
 - 
Ability to interact with stakeholders from all departments & disciplines.
