Description
- 
Develop, manage and coordinate paid search, display, video & social strategies to satisfy the business requirements.
 - 
Present and communicate campaign strategies, and report on results to senior leadership during regular face-to-face meetings and conference calls.
 - 
Develop all aspects of paid search, display, video and social account optimisation strategy, tactics, planning and structure.
 - 
Manage the flow of communications to and from other owned and earned teams and biddable manager.
 - 
Constantly seek new business opportunities in line with Altaro’s growth plan.
 - 
Plan, coordinate and contribute to planning/strategy meetings with the broader team and media partners.
 - 
Work alongside the digital marketing team and buyers to optimise the role of paid search, display and paid social marketing in the wider media landscape.
 - 
Keen interest in B2B marketing and keeping up with fast paced updates, product launches and new solutions.
 - 
Experience in managing, optimising and reporting on campaigns and optimising towards conversion metrics such as downloads, software trials and ROI/ROAS.
 - 
Work closely with the performance manager and other teams to deliver business goals.
 
Responsibilities
- 
International experience managing multiple markets strategies.
 - 
Must be passionate about the media industry on and offline; and in particular search and social media.
 - 
Good writing and verbal communication skills (including presentation skills).
 - 
Organised and methodical, with excellent time management skills – ability to work autonomously and to take initiatives.
 - 
Outgoing and not afraid to learn.
 -

Self-motivated.
 - 
Interest for other digital media channels such as SEO, video and social media.
 - 
Strong track record in achieving results.

Knowledge and experience in PPC and biddable media.
