Description
- 
Working alongside department managers to identify the requirements and gaps to help provide advice on the resource planning.
 - 
Prioritising important open positions and providing advice to line managers on the recruitment principles and processes.
 - 
Supporting the performance management cycle and assisting with building talent development plans.
 - 
Monitor the company training programme and communicate with departments to highlight the training needs.
 
Responsibilities
- 
Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Psychology.
 - 
Minimum of three years’ experience within business partnering in a similar position (within FMCG).
 - 
Seven specialised years of experience within either recruitment, organisation design and talent development, or compensation & benefits management.
 - 
Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies and employment legislations.
