Description
- 
Answers questions and resolves issues based on phone calls/letters from customer, providers and internals.
 - 
Monitor and supervise EDI order flow.
 - 
Registration of sales orders and managing returns.
 - 
Answer customers' questions about order status, deliveries, returns, prices and invoices.
 - 
In cooperation with planning, keep the organisation and customers informed about the supply situation.
 
Responsibilities
- You have at least two years' experience of working in an equivalent role within Customer service or Sale support / admin.
- If you have experience from FMCG or the wine and spirits industry, it as a strong merit, but it is not a requirement.
- In addition, you also have a good administrative ability and are an experienced user of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM system as Navision/Dynamics Nav or Business central. 
- If you also have experience in Validoo it is a plus.
- You feel confident speaking and writing in English and Swedish.
- You have the capability to work to deadlines and set priorities independently. 
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal relation skills for clearly working with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Furthermore, you have a good ability to work together and are a team player who helps to create a good atmosphere within the team and invites yourself. 
- You make things happen and you are a problem solver with a can'do attitude!
