Description

  • Build a core operations and infrastructure for the talent acquisition team to ensure we achieve fast growth and hiring success by building and delivering enablement programs to enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Partner with the business leaders to track ongoing hiring needs of the business.
  • Source potential candidate through online channels ( social media, job boards, professional networks) using sources that provide cost saving mechanisms.
  • Manage external partnerships with recruiters, colleges, and other talent sourcing vendors.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and video interviews.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future open vacancies.
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that accurately reflect the requirements for each position.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create and tailor exciting, attractive and unique job adverts that reflect our employee brand.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Design to create exciting and innovative employee branding.
  • Create employee referral programs that motivate employees to be brand ambassadors.
  • Research and identify marketing trends to create campaigns to continuously attract top talent and had a wow factor to the talent attraction strategy.
  • Keep up to date content on careers page and social media platforms, work with the Senior HR Manager to produce content on the careers site, including writing articles and facilitating content through other teams to ensure the careers site is relevant and engaging.
  • Track and analyze data through social media platforms and the ATS system to provide tangible insights into advertising & recruitment processes & evaluate how talent is attracted, including cost and evaluation of ROI.
  • Work hand in hand with the HR team to ensure a smooth and seamless onboarding process is in place for all new employees.
  • Ensure your team are sufficiently trained and led with continuous development goals.

Responsibilities

  • 3 years + experience in a leading a Talent Acquisition team in a vibrant, international fast paced environment.
  • An excellent team player with strong people skills.
  • Be passionate about the work you do and your energy is contagious.
  • Previous experience in igaming recruitment and or gaming sectors.
  • Experienced in managing full cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking systems and HR databases.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long term relationships with internal teams, external partners, and candidates.
  • Speed to Market: Effectively works in a fast-paced work environment to deliver results.
  • Digital Fluency: Proficient with ATS systems, Microsoft office specifically Power Point.
  • Able to work under pressure and on your own.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and processes in a fast paced, flexible team orientated environment.
