Description

  • Prospecting for new international customers, in accordance with the defined commercial strategy.
  • Development of a new portfolio
  • Mastering multi-channel prospecting
  • Updating and enrichment of the database
  • Reporting of your activity and analysis of the portfolio: monitoring of indicators and the action plan
  • Management of closing and sales contracts
  • Ensure compliance with contractual clauses and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure a commercial watch (products, trends, competition, documentation).
  • Ensure customer follow-up after closing, loyalty and up-sell.

Responsibilities

  • Higher education Business school, with a first similar professional experience in B2B sales from 3 to 5 years minimum.
  • You are at least bilingual English/French
  • Good knowledge of the B2B market players
  • Strong customer culture, a sense of results and real ability to close sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are proactive, organized, dynamic and have a strong team spirit.
