Description

  • Shape the way our customers shop: Search is one of the key tools our customers use to fill their carts with both the tried-and-true and new, inspiring choices. Together with your team, you will envision awesome customer experiences that make using Oda effortless and enjoyable. You will bring them to life through leadership and collaboration within the team and across the organization.
  • Strategise and identify problems worth solving: You will define, facilitate and communicate product strategy for search, ensuring short and long-term impact. You make sure we know what we want to build, based on insights into customers, internal users or business needs, and you identify problems worth solving together with designers, data scientists, software engineers, growth experts and more.
  • Lead the way and collaborate: You will collaborate with product teams, stakeholders and other PMs across the organization to solve the right problems, learn and build great solutions and user experiences. Create a winning spirit and foster a learning culture.
  • Set goals and measure: Rally the team around the right goals, measure if we are on track and adjust strategy and priorities accordingly. Challenge the team and company to raise the bar, truly innovate and achieve high impact.
  • Ship and support: Help and enable the team to design experiments, ship often and learn. Make sure your team supports key stakeholders and handles fix ups where appropriate, with an eye on impact. Balance long-term bets with short-term tactical deliveries to support our rapidly scaling business.
  • Build a modern global search product: As we enter new markets, we are taking our search product globally. You will work with highly skilled search experts and the latest search technology (Elastic) to build experiences and solutions that have longevity and scale across markets.  

Responsibilities

  • 2+ years experience as a Product manager or equivalent, in a modern product and tech company
  • Hands on experience leading cross-functional product teams delivering complex software solutions
  • Search/e-commerce experience is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Experience in or knowledge of software development, machine learning, experimentation and analytics - although you don’t need to be an expert in all of these!
  • An MSc within technology, design, management or equivalent might help, but not required
  • Fluency in English
