Description

· Building new and existing business relationships and identifying new target markets.
· Managing client relationships and providing clients with excellent service and support.
· Ensuring awareness of all competitive activities within accounts and preventing attrition.
· Offer priority customer support, investigating and resolving customer queries and issues.
· Fortnightly and Quad report meetings on sales KPI’s.
· Managing social media activity where required to support new business development.

Responsibilities

· 1 years’ experience working in a sales role, comfortable prospecting and managing a sales pipeline.
· Confident with great communication.
· An obsession for learning.
· Motivation to accelerate their sales career.
· Humility and curiosity, willingness to learn from the people around you.
· Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
· Have a passion for Sales with a proven track record of strong negotiation skills, high performance, and target achievement. Possess a self-starter approach and a high level of drive to achieve business goals and individual targets.
· Proven experience sourcing opportunities and canvassing potential clients via cold calling.
· Maintain regular contact with prospective clients and new accounts.
