Description

  • Drive account-specific marketing planning aligned to sales strategies to deliver high-performing, high-impact and repeatable programs that drive marketing leads, pipeline and revenue.
  • Take direction and prioritize a variety of fast-moving ABM tasks and projects including creating targeted content and messaging for: email nurtures, paid ads, direct mail, web, collateral, and bespoke event programs.
  • Research and gather lead and account data intelligence to facilitate account-based selling.
  • Execute a variety of programmatic and account-specific programs with strong attention to detail and KPIs.
  • Partner and work collaboratively with the Revenue team (marketing, sales, customer success and partnerships) to ensure we have the right target audience and the right programs to effectively reach enterprise-level accounts.
  • Build effective email nurturing programs to build and accelerate pipeline using HubSpot marketing automation software and Salesforce.com.
  • Collaborate with our creative team on program asset specifications and deliverables.
  • Have strong project management and communications skills to effectively manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, and drive alignment and execution across the Revenue team.
  • Be able to perform under pressure, prioritize and deliver results in a demanding and fast-paced environment that requires fresh thinking and innovation.
  • Navigate Salesforce to pull reports on ABM programs and understand the status of accounts and leads in the funnel.
  • Manage budgets, measure and report on pipeline targets, and continually optimize ABM programs to increase ROI.

Responsibilities

  • 5+ years of experience with B2B demand generation.
  • Experience working at SaaS companies, with a focus on enterprise sales.
  • Strong written and editing skills. You must love writing short-form copy!
  • Experience in digital marketing strategies, best practices, and technologies, including email, and digital content creation (emails, landing pages and ads).
  • Track record of hitting aggressive pipeline targets and generating revenue.
  • Demonstrated experience in defining, measuring, and communicating program KPIs. You like working with data, can create Salesforce reports with ease, enjoy measuring campaigns, and love to optimize.
  • Self-starter drive; you spot opportunities to make things better and take ownership over them.
  • Track record of collaborating cross-functionally with internal (marketing, sales, customer success and partnerships) and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
