Description

  • Book and manage meetings for our CEO and the rest of our senior stakeholders.
  • Organise and schedule team lunch meetings (whether that’s in the office or in a local restaurant).
  • Occasionally organise strategy team events (the last one was a game night for our strategy team) and quarterly strategy team offsite meetings.
  • Managing travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Managing both the teams travel and personal expenses
  • Organising gifts for both iwocans and occasionally for visitors and our customers

Responsibilities

  • You’ve got some experience in an administration or coordination role, ideally within a startup.
  • You’re a planner in everyday life with an eye for detail
  • Can work independently in a dynamic environment
  • You are super-efficient and organised, and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done well
  • You have a passion for improving or building processes, and making them more efficient
  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Sensitive to the importance of confidentiality
  • Willing to roll your sleeves up and get things done.
  • Proactive, you’ll anticipate potential issues and resolve them before they arise so that everything goes seamlessly
  • Able to work under pressure, and keen to get candid feedback (both on the things you do great and things that can be better) in order to keep developing yourself
