Product Manager/Senior Product Manager

Description
-
Manage marketing initiatives for assigned product(s) including field promotional materials, patient education, professional programs and advertising
-
Interface with advertising and medical communication agencies and with the field sales organization to assess needs
-
Lead new material through concept, development, medical/legal/regulatory review, production and dissemination to end user
-
Conduct market research initiatives, forecasting, and development of annual budgets
-
Assist with development of annual marketing plans and quarterly plans of action in collaboration with the field sales group and the Director of Marketing
-
Assist in the development of brand strategy, positioning, messaging and tactical plan
-
Collect and analyze inputs from market research, third party reports, field intel and KOL interactions to develop and refine product promotional plans
-
Collaborate with sales training to ensure optimal rollout and execution of new materials/initiatives
-
Perform commercial planning activities for assigned product(s), including: unique insights by customer segment, treatment algorithm, messaging, positioning, strategy and cross functional support

Develop strong relationships with thought leaders and organize advisory boards to elicit feedback on key commercial issues
-
Lead agency partners to deliver projects aligned to strategy, on time and in budget

Perform other duties as assigned
Responsibilities

Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS)
-
Product Manager level: 3 years’ pharmaceutical/biotech marketing experience
-
Senior Product Manager level: 5 years’ pharmaceutical/biotech marketing experience
-
Self-motivated, willing to work independently and prioritize tasks
-
Comfortable with fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
-
Motivated by team success and seek to develop collaborative relationships from internal and external stakeholders
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
-
Master’s degree (MA/MS/MBA)

3 years’ Sales experience
