Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Description

• Professionally handles incoming requests from customers and ensures that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly with appropriate actions.

• Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions in the company CRM with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.

• Uses knowledge of a specific or assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries or to forward to the appropriate staff.

• Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the company and customer’s experience.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).

• Excellent communication skills including active listening.

• Customer-obsessed and able to resolve customer grievances.

• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.

• Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of customer service specialization.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Some customer service experience required.

• Prior experience with solar company is a bonus, but not required.

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
