Description

Supports Financial Manager in establishing and maintaining proper cost controlling and accounting system on our special foundation construction project in Paks
Advises and supervises accounting for the project in allocating cost related postings to the correct cost centers and supporting the yearly financial budget plan preparation
Prepares weekly and monthly actual revenue and cost reports as well as forecast reports and a variance analysis
Calculates and prepares internal allocations amongst the different cost center on site
Supports the different operational teams on the project in analyzing their profit center results and recommending corrective actions to the project management
Prepares regular reports for project management and German headquarter in close cooperation with Financial Manager
Provides ad-hoc information and supporting in any cost accounting related matters to the project management

Responsibilities

Degree in Finance and Accounting / Controlling
Experience in an international company, preferable construction and strong knowledge of cost controlling and reporting
Recorded experience in cost forecasting, actual variance recording and reporting
Excellent English language skills, communicative ability and strong analytical skills
Excellent computer skills especially in MS Excel and good experience in using international ERP system preferably SAP, we use SAP Business One
Ability to work under pressure, keep deadlines and exhibit high level of confidentiality
Willingness to work in multinational and multilingual environment as a team player
