Description

As Product Owner you are responsible for managing the central ERP systems of All4Labels
You ramp-up and manage a team of product specialists to independently operate and extend the existing and future ERP systems
You control and monitor our responsible service providers in the ERP space
You design and coordinate new solutions across the entire core process landscape in a dynamically growing company
You manage rollout projects of the ERP systems in the worldwide locations
You advise our functional departments on the design and implementation of new processes and suitable IT solutions
You align on priorities jointly with the business and ensure product development is in line with the business and IT strategy
You identify technical improvements and innovations for our ERP solution and coordinate their implementation with our service providers and internal teams

Responsibilities

You have completed a degree in economics or computer science or similar with good or very good results
You have a good knowledge of the essential process flows of a manufacturing company and have gained experience in the digitization of business processes.
You have at least 3-4 years of experience in the ERP environment
Knowledge of Sage Office Line (SAGE100 and X3) and its database structure is advantageous
Own programming experience and understanding of databases is benefitial
You have a strong analytical mindset
You have experience with agile software development - as a project manager or product owner
You maintain a high quality work standard
You have managed international projects or worked in international projects
A very good command of German and English and possibly other foreign languages complete your profile
Teamwork, strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, persuasiveness and a high level of self-motivation
