Assistant Manager, Developmental Projects

Description

  • Support in developing the business case and feasibility of strategic developmental projects that can enhance the operational robustness of Scoot.
  • Support the assessment of feasibility for internal transformation initiatives to create optimal process flow 
  • Coordinate the operational set up for strategic projects 

Responsibilities

  • Possess Degree in Business, Project Management, IT, Financial Analysis, or related discipline. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience with experience in delivering projects which involves numerous business units in the organization
  • Ability to front, engage, collaborate and liase with people and agencies at all levels (E.g. Other TR Departments, Governmental Agencies) to ensure the project parameters are fully covered.
  • Possess strong people management skills 
  • Conceptual and intuitive thinker with business acumen.
  • Keen problem solving skills based on a knowledge based approach.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and without complete information and highly resourceful, and adaptive
  • Tech savvy, ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Fluent written, spoken, and reading capability in English.
  • Conversant in analysing financial information and provide support in drawing up business case.
  • Conversant in online project management tools, agile project management concepts, and handling multiple projects concurrently through digital tools.
  • Conversant with business reports and executive summaries.
  • Strong presentation skills
