·        Support to Project Managers and Delivery Team in general in the management and development of AI Data Services projects, driving timely communication with vendors, collaborators and other team members.

·        Ensure that project specifications and procedures are properly followed on all projects involved.

·        Ensure the quality of Pactera EDGE’s service and deliverables are in accordance with client requirements and supports QA team when needed.

·        Contribute to build and support a global team for successful delivery of AI Data Services.

·        Provide support to the global team and ensure full adherence to Company procedures, account-established processes and business goals.

·        Help the team to detect any gaps or areas of improvement in existing procedures and suggest viable solutions to establish new procedures or optimize the existing ones as needed.

·        Work with the team to bring process efficiencies and ensure continuous improvement.

· Experience supporting Project Managers and Delivery Team of AI data services (such as data or image collection, annotation, grading, etc)

· Fluent in English

· Being a German, French and Italian native/bilingual speaker would be a plus but not a hard requirement
