Description

Manage and deliver all Artwork briefs independently, owning client comms.

Have a technical mind with proven ability to work effectively with globally distributed creative and production teams.

Be able to move work around and manage the different stakeholder expectations to be able to navigate peaks and troughs of work.

Train teams and new joiners in the resourcing process and tools used.

The ability to interpret client specifications and direct teams to deliver on time, on budget and with the highest quality.

The ability to partner closely with and collaborate effectively with the client’s other vendors and suppliers.

The ability to think of resource solutions and work collaboratively with the account team on prioritisation calls.

Ensure that the team remains fully utilized and as efficient and effective as possible at all times.

Be the go-to for pulling the account’s MI data

Experience in a resourcing role or similar

5 years of relevant experience in Resource Management for: Artwork, Digital, Print, Motion Graphics, Web Design
