As a part of ZoomCharts growth strategy, we are actively expanding our team and global operations. We are looking for an SMM & SEM Specialist to join the team in our Riga office (you will be working from home until COVID-19 restrictions are in place).

 

HERE’S WHAT THE ROLE IS ABOUT:

 

• Creating, monitoring, and optimizing paid search campaigns within Google, Facebook, Bing, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Directly responsible for understanding and communicating SMM/SEM channel business performance to leadership and other stakeholders in business reviews.
• Partnering with teams to execute a powerful keyword strategy that drives valuable traffic and increases paid search rankings.
• Identifying new ad ideas as well as coordinate visual content, copy and oversee the production of these assets.
• Performing daily optimisation tasks for paid Google, Bing and Facebook campaigns, which includes but not limited to creating new campaigns, keyword research and expansion, bid optimisations, budget management, audience segment optimisation, and ad copy optimisation.
• Using data and analytics (sales, performance, Google Analytics etc) to effectively determine opportunities for growth and conversion rate optimisation to achieve maximum ROAS.

Here’s what we need from you:

• Proven experience in successfully managing SEM & SMM campaigns across different markets.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads and/or other products.
• Experience creating and implementing successful, demand creation, lead nurturing and customer retention programs.
• Experience in growing international marketing strategies, and ability to adjust strategy based on regional needs.
• Previous experience with Power BI will be considered as an advantage.
