Analise the markets in which we are working and share the insights with the Marketing & Sales organization in Iberia. Run analytics and coordinate the collection of marketing intelligence for a crop or market that contributes to the creation of the local and regional marketing plans. Understand the brand position of Enza zaden and our product brands and how to translate those into strong brand activation campaigns and events.

Understand the key strategies set for the region and translate into development, monitoring and execution of communications campaigns connected to the brand position in Spain. You will be responsible to develop our activities into powerful and engaging content, on- and offline, with the goal of promoting, strengthening, and developing Enza Zaden Brand identity, image, and reputation.

Lead our customers events and commercial activities to position our products and brands in the market for the various target groups in collaboration with our sales team.

Requirements

• a Master level, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or Economics
• analytical mind and number savvy
• excellent communication skills;

• fluent in English and Spanish – other languages will be a plus
